Young Adults

On September 30, join us as we observe the National Day of Remembrance for Indian Boarding Schools. Show your support and solidarity by wearing an orange shirt, sharing a photo of yourself, your congregation, or your community on social media with the hashtags #ELCA #TruthAndHealing and #DayOfRememberance. For those wishing to amplify their support, orange shirts adorned with the National Native American Boarding School Healing Coalition (NABS) logo can be purchased here.

Sophie Lott, ULC member and LCM alum, will serve as Young Adult Coordinator, succeeding Amy Gauthier who is moving to Colorado for her new job as a speech therapist in Castle Rock.

Sophie has been part of our community for over six years. A native of Oregon, Sophie received her Master’s degree from ASU in Music Therapy two years ago. Sophie has been active in our LCM program and music program, even leading Wednesday worship at times.

Sophie has also been part of the Young Adult group and is looking forward to working with graduate students and other young adults as they continue an active program here at ULC.
