Save the Date: On February 2nd, after the Sunday Worship Service, we will gather over lunch to discuss our Mission and Vision for our church. We encourage all to come. We’ll meet again, on Sunday, February 16th, after church for another luncheon discussion about our church’s values. These meetings are for everyone. On these days, we won’t have a Forum.

In June’s special get-together of the Page Turners’ Book Club, we reviewed “Memoirs of Mexico and Motorcycling” by Clifton Melby, who was the father of our very own Erin Crawford. Clifton enjoyed attending services at ULC when he was in AZ for the winter. He was an avid motorcyclist and loved to tell stories. It was an honor getting to know him better through his adventurous memoir!

The Page Turners’ Book Club is an informal group that meets monthly, alternating between fiction and non-fiction books. We gather at University Lutheran Church in the Campus Center Library, usually on the first Thursday of the month from noon to 1 pm. You can bring your lunch, if you want. You don’t need to read the book to participate!

We are always seeking new members. Look at all these friendly, smiley faces! Please consider joining; reading feeds the soul! All are welcome.
