Did I mention we are in need of lap robes for the prayer shawl ministry? Thanks in advance to all you wonderful knitters and crochet-ers!

Mary Ann Salz has recently sent out two prayer shawls to Minnesota to a couple. The husband recently had a triple bypass and his wife could not be with him due to Covid restrictions. What a great ministry this is turning out to be. 

I know my young friend, Tanya, who was diagnosed earlier this year with breast cancer has felt the warmth and blessings of the shawl we gave her, and my friend, Cat, who lost her husband to brain cancer in March still wraps herself in the shawl I gave Barry. 

If anyone knows of someone with a need, please pick up a shawl at the Campus Center on the Shelf-there is a wide variety of styles and colors, and we are working on lap robes, too.
