What to Expect
It typically takes 3-4 weeks for phone companies to process a number transfer request. Ooma will make every effort to expedite this process on your behalf with your current carrier. However, delays may occasionally occur since each telephone provider has different service standards.
Within 5 business days, Ooma will send you an estimated completion date for your order. This date is SUBJECT TO CHANGE. In the event that your estimated completion date does change, we will notify you via email. You need not take time out of your busy schedule to call us!

You can log into Ooma Office Manage to get the latest status of any number porting request 24 hours a day. Just visit:
https://office.ooma.com/porting_status. Please note that Ooma Customer Care Representatives do not have access to any additional information regarding the status of your port request other than what is found on this page.
