We will be having a BBQ on Sunday, May 5th, to celebrate our Lutheran Campus Ministry (LCM) graduating students. The BBQ will be in the Campus Center following the 10:30 am service. Everyone is welcome to attend–bring a friend.
If you plan to attend the BBQ, please RSVP (by May 1st) to the office: info@ucltempe.org or 480-967-3543. Thank you!
We met after church on Sunday, April 14th to share a meal and discuss our history. The Transition Team surrounded the walls of the Campus Center with flipcharts and encouraged people to circulate and share their responses to the questions on the flip charts.
Thanks to all who participated. We had a good turnout with both students and congregation members discussing our history. Some people wrote their comments on sticky notes, others shared their comments and stories, and some used the QR codes on the flipcharts to access an online form where they could answer the questions.
The Transition Team wants to hear from as many students and congregation members as they can. If you weren’t at History Day, or if you have more to share, please contact the church office (info@ulctempe.org or 480-967-3543) for a link to the online form.
On Sunday, April 21, at 11:30 am to 1 pm, the Transition Team will be facilitating a Future Day. As we eat lunch in the Campus Center, we will gather to share how you feel God is working in our church today, your future hopes for our church, and what you think God’s calling us to be.
Please join us for this important event. If you aren’t able to attend, we will send a link to an online form where you can share your thoughts.
