Have you had the opportunity to travel this summer? Did you rejoice and thank God for the joy of discovery and the pleasure of seeing something new?
I was blessed with exciting travels this summer. I made new friends and learned to communicate a few words in another language. I even walked where Paul the apostle actually walked when he traveled around. But it is not necessary to travel far to see God’s creative hand all around you. Just open your eyes. You could discover something completely new just down the street, or even in a good book.
As the summer wanes and we prepare to return to work and school, think about all the opportunities you have enjoyed this summer and sing a song of praise.
The prayer group meets in the sanctuary on Wednesdays between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. You are welcome to join us.
